Job Title: Virtual Events Coordinator Objective: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Events Coordinator to join our team. This role will be crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of our virtual events by preparing event materials, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting the planning and quality assurance processes. Responsibilities: Creatives & Branding • Prepare creatives including pre-event preparation cards, recipe cards, intro and outro slides (digital & printed) using templates provided by the Graphic Designer. • Uphold consistent messaging, branding, and communication across event creatives, ensuring a cohesive and unified visual identity. Event Ideation and Planning • Support in brainstorming and conceptualizing workshop ideas. • Collaborate in conducting trend analysis and competitor event assessments. Event Listing • Assist in creating event listings for our multichannel third-party platforms. • Ensure accurate and timely information is provided in event listings. Event Quality Assurance • Support the Content and Events Manager in implementing quality standards for content and facilitation. • Observe virtual events to ensure they meet quality standards. Qualifications: • Strong proficiency in using Canva and other design software • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Keen attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining consistent branding and messaging. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment and support event ideation and planning. • Experience in event coordination or a related field is preferred. • Familiarity with virtual event platforms and best practices is a plus. • Must have a working laptop and a stable internet connection is required.
