How This Workbook Started
I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life. It changed how I understood focus, rest, and being present, especially with the pace of remote work and daily distractions.

I realized I needed something different. A way to slow down that felt natural and not forced.

Doodling became that space for me. It gave me a simple and intentional moment to pause, reflect, and reset.
This workbook is built from that experience. You can use it on your own, or share it with friends, family, or your team, even as a simple virtual team building activity.
