Seasonal and custom experiences, including virtual events and curated kits, are available upon request for occations not listed on our website. These tailored options offer flexibility and personalization, helping you create memorable evetns that foster connection, creativitity and lasting impact.
HOW IT WORKS
The Kits by Demand process works a little differently from our usual event booking because it's all about you. Instead of choosing a ready-make option, you get to personalize and design the experience with us, from what goes inside the kits to how it's shared with your group. This way, every details feels special, meaningful, and perfectly suited to your event, making it more memorable than a standard package.

Get a Personalized Proposal
Within 1-2 business days, out team will send a tailored proposal with kit options, pricing, and shipping estimates for your review.
Lock It In
Once you're happy with the plan, we'll confirm everything-headcount, invite, setup, and registration made easy.
Unbox & Enjoy
Your kits arrive at each participant's doorstep, and our host leads your group through on unforgettable virtual events.
Unlike standard bookings (10 business days), these require a lead time of at least 3 weeks (15 business days) before the event date. A minimum of 20 kits is required.
An auto gratuity of 20% will be added to the final invoice as support for our small team.
Customization options may be available upon request.
