Overview

The Challenge

Bringing 165 People Together

With 165 participants, creating an experience where everyone could actively participate—not just watch—required careful planning and coordination.

Coordinating Kits Across Multiple Locations

Every participant needed the right ingredients and materials before the event. With people joining from different locations, getting kits delivered on time was a key part of making the event run smoothly.

Creating One Shared Experience Virtually

A large virtual event can easily feel like another video call. The challenge was to create something interactive, engaging, and social that encouraged participants to step away from their usual work routine and enjoy the experience together.

How we answer to challenge:

From Kits to Kitchen: We Took Care of the Details.

We started by preparing individual pizza-making kits for all 165 participants, making sure everyone had what they needed to follow along during the class. We then coordinated kit delivery across multiple locations, so participants could have their kits ready before the event.

On the day, our experienced host brought everyone together virtually and led the group through the pizza-making process step by step—from preparing the dough to creating their own pizzas.

The format gave participants plenty of opportunities to learn, interact, laugh, and share their creations, turning a virtual gathering into a genuinely hands-on team experience.
